Deliveries and returns.

Shipment:

Shipping of your order is done by Geodis for shipments in Metropolitan France and by the Colissimoservice of the French Post for shipments overseas.

Lead time:

Once confirmed by our services, your order will be prepared and shipped within 2 working days.

As soon as your order is received by Geodis, for a delivery in Metropolitan France, you will be asked to choose yourself a date of delivery on a 2-week period. First, the available delivery date is 48/72 hours after the shipment of the goods.

You can choose between delivery at home upon appointment or withdrawal in one of the 210 Geodis offices.

You will be able to track step by step the delivery through email notifications or texts.

Delivery will take place at the address you indicated from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

For the Europe area, the transporter indicates a lead time between 2 to 5 days to delivery.

We ship in Metropolitan France/overseas, Europe and world wild.

For parcels weighing over 30 kg, please contact us.

For deliveries outside of the European Community, clearance of goods is managed by our carrier and will be claimed by this one at the time of delivery.

The amount is generally proportional to the amount of the order and varies from one country to another.

Limits of liability:

The parcel is insured by our transporter in the amount of 30 euros/kg with a maximum of 915 euros per parcel.

Return:

Our customers’ satisfaction is important. However, for whatever reason there is and respectful of your motivations, if you were not completely satisfied, you will be able to return, before any transformation to them, the products you bought.

The goods will be refunded as soon as we receive them back. Goods are returned at your own cost.
